STORM REPORT

Ok. So some tough news, but also some good news.

In continuation of this difficult weather this spring, we got hit by the wind storm as well as a frost. In JUNE. I know, it’s crazy. But it is true. We were lucky. We lost a 1/4 of our plants to damage, BUT it could have been way worse.

I have already replanted the lost plants, and fingers crossed that was the last of the crazy weather. The weather forecasts are looking good. Nights in the high 50’s and 60’s, and that’s fantastic. The plants will finally be kicking into gear.

I still don’t have enough to start the boxes up again yet :-(

So we are still on a pause.
But the moment we can get back to it -
you will be the first to know!

I am excited to report the onions look fantastic, and the potato plants look super strong. The beans are really starting to grow, and our corn will be knee-high by 4th of July - so really good things coming!!! And the peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes will catch up!

Thank you for being so patient, and of course, let me know if you have any questions.

Talk soon.

Cheers,
R

So there was quite a bit of damage…

But still, lots of plants are starting to kick into gear!
