Baked Peaches

The EASIEST dessert ever, and delicious to boot!

Absolutely one of my favorite desserts, and absolutely one of the EASIEST to make - and I usually cringe when I hear that description in recipes. But this, ladies and gentlemen, is hands-down a winner.


Ingredients

6-9 peaches | whole - do not even bother pitting them

1 stick of butter | cut into large cubes

1 cup brown sugar


Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a baking vessel at least a couple of inches deep, add your whole peaches. Place the butter on top of the peaches, distributed randomly, and then sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Bake for 1 hour - 1.5 hours until the peaches are nice and soft. Remove from the oven. Let cool slightly. Serve.

Note: Delicious served warm on vanilla ice cream.
