Yogurt Flatbread

This is a winner. This bread comes together in a pinch. It’s good for everything, especially scooping up goodies.

I love to grill this bread, but you can also pan-fry in the butter as the recipe goes. Completely up to you.


Ingredients

1 cup + 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup yogurt
3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs | optional, a mix of whatever you would like


Instructions

Ottolenghi makes these flatbreads with an incredible mushroom ragu - very delicious, and you will see this in the recipe posted on The Guardian. However, I have stolen this flatbread for my everyday use - so with or without the ragu, I think you will be wanting to make these time and time again. Head to The Guardian to snag this recipe.
