Blistered Peppers Recipe
Kind of fun to eat in a group - because you get to watch and wait for someone to get the hot one. I feel like 1-in-6 are hot, while the others are completely mellow. This is quick and delicious.
Ingredients
Padron or Shishito Peppers
Olive oil
Salt
Instructions
Step One
In a ripping hot pan, add a glug of olive oil and immediately add the peppers. Do not over-stir them, just let them sit and do their thing. Flip once the peppers are nicely charred. Char the other side - then remove them from the pan. Finish with a bit of salt. Serve hot. Enjoy.
