Sumac Onion Salad Recipe
Use this salad as a bright explosion of flavor to contrast more hearty ingredients. Turn to these when you are feasting on roasted meats, kebabs, sandwiches, or grilled veggies for that extra zippy pizazz.
Ingredients
1 red onion | thinly sliced
a glug of olive oil
1 tablespoon sumac
1 lemon worth of juice | freshly squeezed
a bunch of parsley | roughly chopped
salt
Instructions
Step One
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Taste. Adjust any seasonings. Serve. Enjoy.
