Ingredients

tortillas

eggs

potatoes | pre-cooked and chopped

bacon | cooked and broken into smaller pieces

cotija cheese | crumbled

lime

cilantro

hot sauce


Instructions

Step One

In a skillet over medium-hot heat add your pre-cooked potatoes and fry until golden brown. Toss with your choice of seasonings. Set aside.

Step Two

In a skillet over medium-hot heat cook your eggs to your liking - be that scrambled, over-easy, or whatever catches your fancy. Meanwhile, warm your tortillas.

Step Three

Assemble your tacos. Serve hot. Eat. Enjoy.
