Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

Like a vacation to the beach–for your tastebuds

Fresh, bright, and tangy. Great on tacos.


Ingredients

1 jalapeno | seeded and finely chopped *adjust to taste

1/4 cup onion | finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro | minced

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 ripe mangos | peeled, cored, and diced


Instructions

Step 1

Prep all of your ingredients.

Step 2

In a bowl add the jalapeno, onion, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Gently fold in your diced mango. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Step 4

Let sit for at least 30 minutes to give time for the flavors to infuse. Enjoy.
