Radish Rose Tea Sandwiches Recipe
Fun little tea sandwiches that delight guests. With a hint of spicy, tamed by the creamy, salty butter, make more than you planned because they go quick!
Ingredients
radishes | sliced paper thin
white bread | crusts cut off
butter | thinly sliced
salt
Instructions
Step 1
On a mandoline slice your radishes paper thin.
Step 2
Assemble your sandwich. On the bottom layer of bread, lay your thin slice of butter and sprinkle with salt. Then add a layer of radishes and top with the top piece of bread.
Step 3
On top of the sandwich, arrange more radish slices to look like a flower. Serve. Enjoy.
