Basil Dressing Recipe
Once basil hits the garden - this dressing is basically ever-present in my kitchen. Toss it with roast veggies, smear it on sandwiches, use it in your salads… the options are endless.
Ingredients
1 bunch basil | leaves separated from the stems
1/2 bunch parsley | leaves separated from the stems
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice | freshly squeezed
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese | grated
1 garlic clove | peeled
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
pinch of salt
Instructions
Step One
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Taste. Adjust any seasonings. Enjoy.
