Jalapeño Mint Yogurt Sauce Recipe
Use this beautiful green sauce as a dip for fritters, or as a dipping side to grilled chicken, or on top of smashed potatoes—the options are endless. An awesome dipping sauce to add contrast to any meal, creamy and citrusy with a kick. Best used the day it is made because it will get spicer as it sits.
Ingredients
1 jalapeño | seeds removed, chopped
1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
½ cup cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons mint leaves
1 tablespoon (or more) fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt

Place all of the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Let sit to infuse for at least an hour before using. Enjoy.
