Ingredients
Greek yogurt
Cucumber | finely chopped
Herbs | Chopped. Honestly, the more the merrier (just always mint) Try: mint, tarragon, basil, chives, garlic chives, or green onions
fresh lemon juice | to taste
garlic | grated
salt
Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Stir until well combined. Taste. Adjust seasonings. Let sit to infuse for at least half an hour before using. Serve. Enjoy.
